To be able to learn more about Asian Pacific-Islander American (APA) history, culture identities and issues from attending our events

To offer opportunities to develop leadership skills by leading and serving as part of our committees

To offer a place for students of all ethnicities and backgrounds to share their voice on our blog
FOR STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS

To collaborate with all APA student organizations and encourage inter-collaboration between groups

To assist in doing campus processes (such as growing your organization, applying for funding, etc.) that your club may not be familiar with or not know

To promote your events for free on our listserv, website, and meetings upon request

To give your club connection with outside APA organizations and with University administrators

To provide a united community of APA student organizations

To collaborate in working towards fostering greater understanding of diversity and enlightening ignorance
